Goodness of Fit

In this lesson, students learn how to calculate the chi-square test statistic to measure the goodness of fit between observed and expected data. Through worked examples and problem-solving, they explore how to use the test to determine whether data aligns with theoretical models.

As the lesson progresses, students apply the goodness-of-fit test to real-world scenarios, such as determining whether a die is fair or biased.
